Refund Policy

Custom Orders: Custom orders, or specialty products may require advance notice and a non-refundable deposit.

We will work with you if an unforeseen circumstance occures.

• Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Standard items: cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance for a refund.

  • Custom/specialty items: deposits are non-refundable; full payments may be refundable if canceled within 24 hours of order being placed

  • No refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

  • Customers have the whole day of scheduled pick-up date to receive and/or pick up their order. If orders and not picked up without notice, no refunds will be issued, and items can be sold on the farmstand.
